All You Need to Know About Making a Purchase with Wallis Designs
 

How will my purchase arrive? TOP
Your purchase is in a small plastic bag and carefully wrapped your in coloured tissue paper.  It is then mailed in a cushioned bubble pak mailer.  By doing this I can keep your shipping costs as low as possible while at the same time keeping your purchase protected during delivery.

Do you gift wrap? TOP
Yes.  All purchases are gift wrapped in tissue paper.  If you prefer to have it arrive in a gift box we can do that too!  It will arrive in a small black gift box and tied with a pretty ribbon.  The gift wrapping is free, however your shipping charges will go up because it has to be sent by small parcel service. 

When will it ship? TOP

Once I receive payment items usually ship next day.  You will receive an email from me to notify you that your item has shipped.
 
Please note that shipments are made Monday to Friday. 
No weekend shipments or delivery. 

How is it shipped? TOP

I ship via Canada Post . These average shipping times are given to me by Canada Post. I cannot control how long it takes Canada Post to deliver however. Please be patient.
 
All shipments go out Lettermail unless you choose to purchase a different method.
LETTERMAIL:
Within Canada: $2.75 ($0.50 for each additional item) - 2 - 6 business days
U.S.: $3.75 ($0.50 for each additional item) - 6-12 days business days
Everywhere else: $6.50 ($1.00 for each additional item) - 6-12 days business days
 
Please contact me if you choose to have your purchase sent by Small Parcel or Express Post.
SMALL PARCEL RATES: (For one item in a gift box.)
Within Canada: $6.50 - 2-5 business days
U.S.: $7.75 - 2-5 business days
Everywhere else: $8.50 6-12 days

EXPRESS POST:
Within Canada: $8.50 - 1-2 days, trackable, insurable.

For express delivery and or rates for insurable/trackable delivery for the U.S. and Int'l please contact me and I can advise you of rates.

*** You can also reduce shipping costs by ordering multiple items at the same time.

*** My shipping prices are for shipping and handling. This includes costs of postage, packaging and mailing.

What payments do you accept? TOP
We accept payments through Paypal.  You do not have to set up an account with Paypal if you pay by credit card.  You can use Visa, Mastercard and if you do have an account with Paypal you can use Direct Debit as well.

Returns/Exchanges TOP

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  I stand behind my quality and workmanship.  If there is a problem with your shipment or if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my utmost to make you a happy customer.  Please note that returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of ship date.  Item must be returned in original condition with original packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 
 
Due to health and hygienic reasons I do not provide full refunds for earring purchases.  I don't reuse earring wires so a refund will be less $4.00 - the cost of replacing the earwires.
